1. Using PinDey

PinDey helps you and people you choose find each other in a shared Space. You must be 18 or older. Keep access to the email, Google or Apple account you sign in with.

2. Sharing and consent

Only share your location with people who expect it, and never use PinDey to follow, track or harass anyone. Joining a Space never shares your location: you choose, per crew, and can stop any time. Only send a meet point link to people you want to meet.

3. Your content

You’re responsible for the names, hints and meet-point labels you post. Don’t post anything unlawful, hateful or someone else’s private information. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. No guarantees on accuracy

Distances and directions come from phone sensors and can be wrong, especially indoors. Don’t rely on PinDey in an emergency: call the emergency services.

5. The service

PinDey is provided “as is”. We may change or stop features, and we’re not liable for indirect losses to the extent the law allows.

6. Ending

You can delete your account at any time in the app or at /delete-account.
